Eminem is inching up to the release date of his eighth studio album The Marshall Mathers LP 2, where he has found himself once again in a familiar place, in the midst of controversy. This time, Eminem has been forced to address anti-gay lyrics from the album. It may be just a coincidence but MTV found just the thing to help the Mr. Mathers prove he isn’t a homophobe by unveiling footage of him getting dressed on set as Britney Spears for his Real Slim Shady video in 2000.
Donning the pig-tail wig, lip gloss and makeup in the behind the scenes tape of him getting dolled up as Britney Spears we think it’s safe to say Eminem doesn’t have anything against transgenders or the gay community.
